1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HeadlessX API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. The Service is intended for use in automating browser interactions and data extraction for legitimate business purposes.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or highly disruptive activities. This includes, but is not limited to, launching DDoS attacks, scraping highly sensitive personal data without consent, bypassing authentication on restricted government or military systems, or conducting fraudulent activities.

3. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the HeadlessX API is subject to the rate limits and concurrent connection constraints defined by your subscription tier. Attempting to circumvent these limits through multiple proxy accounts may result in immediate suspension of your service without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Our undetectable browser modifications (Camoufox engine), API design, documentation, and the HeadlessX brand are the intellectual property of HeadlessX. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the API as intended, but you may not reverse-engineer, resell, or directly compete with the core technology.

5. Limitation of Liability

HeadlessX provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that your scraping activities will always be 100% undetectable in perpetuity, as target bot-protection systems constantly evolve. In no event shall HeadlessX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
